Our clients are located throughout the Coachella Valley and our goal is to provide each client with the highest quality, cost-effective service that affords them peace of mind when it comes to their home in the desert.
Home Management Services: Take the hassle out of coordinating services for your home. With a phone call to The Home Concierge our staff will make sure your home is ready for your arrival. You can be assured the pool will be warm, the refrigerator stocked, linen refreshed and the house clean and ready for your arrival.
Monitoring Services: The Home Concierge performs daily, weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly visits to its clients homes while they're away. Our extremely personable staff regularly check the perimeter of each clients property making sure their landscaping, pool and spa are being serviced appropriately. Additionally, staff check all windows and doors, check all water sources and pay close attention throughout the house for insect infestations and/or other abnormalities.
While at your home, The Home Concierge staff will contact you by phone and let you know presonally the status of your home. In the unlikely event that a problem exists, The Home Concierge will do whatever is necessary to correct the problem quickly and efficiently.
Management services are billed at an hourly rate of $75.00 per hour.
Home Monitoring services begin at $40.00 per visit.
Project Coordination:
Are you planning to make changes to your home while away? The Home Concierge will be your eyes and ears and monitor any projects in your absence. We work closely with you to monitor and assure all work is complete and your home is ready for your return. Charges for project coordination are billed at an hourly rate of $75.00 per hour.
Major & Minor Repairs:
Major Repairs: The Home Concierge has developed a list of qualified plumbers, electricians, painters, contractors and other professionals who can take care of any major repairs needed at your home. The Home Concierge will contact these professional for you, meet them at your home and get quotes on the work to be completed. The Home Concierge will monitor the repair work making sure it is done right and completed in a timely manner.
Minor Repairs: Looking for someone to change a light bulb, hang a new ceiling fan or fix a leaky faucet? The Home Concierge can help you complete that list of small work projects associated with the care and maintenance of your home.
Minor repair work is billed at an hourly rate of $75.00 for one person or $100.00 per hour for two people, the hourly rate is based on the work requetd and the number of personnel required to complete the work.
